Since 1946, Deutscher Properties Corporation has been family owned and operated working in the property management, development, investment and brokerage services for commercial property in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.

After arriving in California after World War II, Irvin Deutscher started to invest in Pleasant Hill and Concord and since then the company has expanded into Vacaville to Livermore and Brentwood to Orinda primarily focusing on light industrial, office and retail properties.

We actively manage over 1,200,000 square feet of commercial property.

David Deutscher carried the legacy for 40+ years and accomplished several developments of custom homes and industrial buildings. Over his career he has syndicated a number of properties, developed residential subdivisions, rehabilitated many industrial and office properties and developed retail properties.

David is an active broker and has participated in numerous real estate transactions and expanded the leasing and management aspects of the business. Under his direction the company manages approximately 1,000,000+ square feet of industrial, office, retail properties along with a residential HUD project. David stays involved in the business by actively participating in investments, as well as a strategic advisor.

David is a philanthropist, sitting on various boards for nonprofits focused on sustainability, environmental health, community development and community based food programs. The Deutscher family continues to be committed to supporting local philanthropic organizations.
